By scheduling or accepting services from Legendary Exterior Services LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and ACH bank transfer. For recurring services, a credit or debit card is required to be kept on file — this is for recurring clients only and will not be charged without notice unless an invoice remains unpaid past 30 days, in which case a $25 late fee will apply.

Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or equipment issues and will notify you promptly.

Property Preparation

Please remove personal items from service areas before we arrive and mark any irrigation heads, invisible fence lines, or hidden obstacles. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground systems or objects hidden beneath grass or debris.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to make it right at no charge.
